Chase Your Dream

Posted on Posted in Coaching

board-1097118You have dreams. You also face challenges to those dreams.

  • “I wish I could, but I just don’t have the money.”
  • “I can’t. I don’t have time.”
  • “I don’t know how to make my dreams come about.”

This blog post is in response to Natalie’s 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge Day 1, but even so, I hope it gives you some ideas for moving forward yourself!

You Have Time

You have the same 24 hours per day everyone else has. Prioritize your schedule. This is tough for me. I have a full time job, plus I am a freelancer. I have a family and lots of other activities that are very important to me, but I know that I can find time in my schedule to accomplilsh things that will allow me more time in the future. You don’t need to sacrifice your family and your physical, mental, or spiritual health, but you can sacrifice other things.

You Can Make Money

This is also a big one for me. I’m working as a freelancer for the money, at least in part. I’d much rather do some other things, so I work hard now and build toward a brighter future.

Scrape and scrounge. Your circumstances will never improve if you don’t do something to improve them. No one is going to die and make you rich. Start now!

Learn By Doing

I’ve taken many online courses and even more webinars. You can learn many things that way, but you have to decide that you are going to step out and do it yourself. That takes courage. You can do it.

That’s it! You have the time and can raise the money to bring a better tomorrow. So get started!

  1. Jason,

You are speaking my language brother. Totally agree that you have to go get it and show up every day. I have some of the same challenges, I always say that I’m working Full-time in my off time. Freelancing on the side is definitely not a long term thing for me, but right now it takes care of the expenses so it’s necessary. Great post!
